Hoffman 'unconcedes' in N.Y.-23 House race

Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman has "unconceded" in New York's special House election after reports that the vote margin between him and Rep. Bill Owens (D) has narrowed.
Hoffman conceded the race on Election Night after learning he trailed Owens by 5,335 votes. But the Syracuse Post-Standard reported last week that the margin had shrunk to 3,026 votes after recanvassing. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/67997-hoffman-unconcedes-in-ny-23

(Thanks again to Mark Hastings on Facebook... I'm scanning down recent additions while I've been out and he just keeps popping up with all this great info!)

Me: Nothing really new in the story, except Hoffman "unconceded". They're still counting the votes and he'd have to take the majority of the remaining ballots to overturn the election... However, the close it gets, the stronger the statement it makes and the bigger the warning to all those out there who're not walking the walk!
