Rangel to give up gavel and take leave while ethics probe continues

Just yesterday he wasn't going to step down, no way, no how... Pelosi was standing by him, although even her support was rather tepid yesterday. Guess Rangel was making his fellow Dems look too bad, he was a distraction, yada yada yada. You know darn well they really could give a flying flip whether he was doing something wrong or not.
